Quiet, Friendly, Cheerful Atmosphere with Lots of Trees and Grass!

There are lots of things to do at McCoy's and in the Winterhaven/Yuma area.

In the park you can have a great time playing in our pool or relaxing in our soothing spa! We also have a beautiful club house available for the use of our guests. Inside you will find a 36" television for your viewing pleasure, along with an exercise room, library and a full size kitchen. Just outside is a barbeque grill that is also for your use.

Winterhaven is the last town heading east in California, one mile west of Yuma, Arizona on the Quechan Indian Reservation. Many of the Fort’s buildings are still standing and reflect their Spanish influence. Today the Quechan population numbers are more than 2,500 with many residing on reservation. A President, Vice President and General Council of five members governs the Tribe. Our park is surrounded by farmland, canals, rivers and lakes, which provide opportunities for the variety of water sports, fishing, boating, water skiing, sailing, etc.

There’s also: hunting museums golfing casinos train rides shooting ranges swap meets race track betting shopping restaurants main street events theatres colleges libraries military bases camel farms … all nearby — and that is just to name a few! Just 10 minutes away at the Algodones, Mexico border, the culture seems endless. There you will find doctors, dentists, chelation clinics, medications and shopping. There is ample parking!
